We can source the necessary items and have them personalized as you need - or you can bring in your own items to have personalized!
This listing is for the deposit/SetUp Fee required for all customization of items included in this listing. This will not be your end total cost for the project. This pays for your set up/design fee and gets your project in our schedule.
Directions:
1) Choose the item you would like to discuss from the drop down menu
2) Then put what you'd like embroidered or would like to discuss in the notes section before checking out. (Any text to be embroidered in addition to a logo or graphic you will be sending us must go in this Notes section).
3) Then checkout
4) Once you have checked out, email your graphic or logo to willow.ash.gifts@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.. We encourage clients to stop in to the store, but if you just need to get on our books and have a tough time making it in during business hours - this listing can do that.
There is a One-time SetUp/Design Fee (Digitizing) of $35 on ALL embroidery services using new images or text that we don't have on file - or if there have been any changes to the existing file by the client.
ALL ORDERS for the first time out will require this Set up/Design Fee - as we must digitize your image in order to embroider it. Regardless of the format given to us. - Formats preferred: PNG, JPED, PDF. Once we have that file, you will not need to pay this fee again unless the image is edited in some way OR you require a larger or smaller size. (for those who are not aware: digitizing a file gives the image a thread count, so it converts an image to tiny stitches with specific counts. Those counts change once the size changes, so it must be re-digitized).
Embroidery services vary depending on number of colors and complexity - 10 colors max.

**PLEASE BE ADVISED - WE WILL NOT REPRODUCE COPYRIGHTED/ TRADEMARKED WORKS**. If you do not own the trademark or copyright to an image - we cannot reproduce this for you.
