We do not accept returns on custom merchandise. However, we will work with each client -  if there is an issue with the item - on a case by case basis. Refunds will not be processed for custom merchandise.

We are  more than happy to ship as needed, this will be an additional cost. These items are available for pickup at either the Forest Grove or Hillsboro store locations once we have notified that the item(s) are ready.
